A Tag: One of my favourite food

Right, a tag from chen about my favourite food in the country I live in. That’s one hell of a task as I have probably tonnes of favourite food, and ranking them to my top favourite is just mission impossible. SO, I decided to pick something that I can easily prepare in the comfort of my home, and something that’s also easily “accessible” here in New Zealand. This way, I can, in all conscience rule out the rest of my favourite dishes. (^_^)

The pick has to go to Hainanese chicken rice. As I was nagging about having this last night while we were playing board game at Irene’s place, I had this for dinner tonight to satiate my voracious appetite.

The "not-so-authentic" home cooked Hainanese chicken rice

Here is the real deal by the professional.....

may: cooking the "yau fann" is quite easy, can either dump some butter & garlic into your rice before cooking, or just use the chicken soup instead of water for cooking rice.

eve: Lucky you, can eat yummy hainanese chicken rice anytime. It's just a call away. (^_^)

carcar: yeah, i'm sure you'll enjoy doing this tag since it is about what you do best. Hehehe

liwan: Oh virgin tag? Haha, lucky me then! hahaha. Yup, just copy and paste the part and write about your favourite food. Then you can start passing on the tag to your dear blogger friends. (^_^) am eager to see what's your favourite food. hehehe
