Tuna and spinach pasta

My first trial, turned out really nice. Rick loves it! :) It is healthy and extremely easy to make.

Ingredients(adjust quantity to suit your personal taste):
Canned tuna
Onion finely chopped
Garlic finely chopped
Spinach finely chopped
Olive oil (or just cooking oil but olive oil healthier lah)
Pasta (any shape you want)
Salt and pepper
Some lemon juice
Other optional ingredients that you can add to give a bit more colours and taste to your dish: Sundried tomatoes, capsicums, fresh chilli, olives.

1. Boil pasta until soften, drained and set aside
2. Heat wok/pan with olive oil
3. Add onion and garlic and stir fry till golden, then add spinach and tuna.
4. Add salt and lots of pepper
5. Once cooked, turn the heat off, mix pasta and spinach/tuna content together with some lemon juice. Then serve.

You can also substitute tuna with pan fried salmon.

It's a good choice to eat healthily especially these days to avoid falling sick. A simple and yummy dish. Will try it out when I'm home alone :).
