Brekkie @ Devonport

It was a freezing cold sunny morning.  I couldn’t believe this came out of me having to have lived in the windy cold Wellington for 9 years, and it was only early winter!  I suppose I should accept the fact that I now live in the warmer part of the country and it is ok to be a wuss :P

Anyway, we drove to the posh Devonport for breakfast at this nice cosy café called Connection Café.  I love their hazelnut latte.

Then we hopped to the playground across the road for AJ’s after meal exercise while we stood in the cold (without my duck down) watching him enjoying the slide.  Although the sun was shining brightly, it showed no effect of warmth.  Oh well, at least it didn’t rain.

Yeah, kids grow fast like lightning! When he was still a baby, I couldn't wait for him to grow up, start walking and talking. In a flash of time, he is 2.5 years old, running everywhere and talking like a grown-up. LOL When is your turn dearie?

Actually it is not that bad here in Auckland. We got a few cold snaps so far, nothing too dreadful.
